How to Order

Ordering is easy at NZ Perfume. Here is a step by step guide to ordering products at NZ Perfume.

1. Select the item or items you require.
2. Items will be added to your shopping cart.
3. Once you have finished shopping, you can proceed to the Checkout, by selecting "Checkout".
4. If you are a new customer then you will be asked to complete your contact and delivery details, or select guest checkout.
5. Once this has been completed you will be asked if you would like to pay via Internet Banking or Credit Card.
6. Internet Banking: By selecting the "Internet Banking" option you will receive an email with the NZ Perfume Bank Details and instructions of what to do. You can either use your banking program to transmit the funds or go into your nearest bank and deposit the money into the NZ Perfume account. Be sure to use your Order ID as your reference. Once the funds have been received your order will be processed and you will receive an email confirmation of your order.
7. Credit Card Payment. By selecting "Credit Card Payment" you will select your card type and enter in your card number. You will receive an email confirmation showing your order Processed.
8. Please expect 7-10 business days for delivery of perfumes and fragrances with registered post shipping. If you have not received your order after 21 business days please contact us at sales@nzperfume.com and we will track your order.

Shipping Information

Registered post shipping (air freight) with all orders, 7-10 business days delivery with tracing number. You can track parcels in the following way - Post Haste NZ at http://www.posthaste.co.nz/tracktrace.html.
